KARNABAHAR MUSAKKA // CAULIFLOWER MOUSSAKA



    INGREDIENTS

1 CAULIFLOWER, 1/2  LEMON JUICED,  2- 4 TABLE SPOON OLIVE OIL, 
1 LARGE ONION DICED
2 TOMATOES,  1 TEA SPOON SAMBAL, 1 TABLE SPOON TOMATO PASTE,
4 GLOVES OF GARLIC,  2 GLASSES OF WATER WITH A BOUILLON CUBE
250 GRAM / 0.550 LBS MINCE MEAT -BEEF OR LAMB
SALT , BLACK PEPPER , 
1 TEA SPOON PAPRIKA POWDER
1 TEA SPOON DRIED PARSLEY


Mix the mince meat with the salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.
 In a large sauce pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat.
Fry the garlic and diced onions until soft ( 6-8  min)
Add the sambal and tomato paste fry for a while then add the cauliflower florets and lemon juice.
Stir altogether on a low heat.

In meanwhile in a frying pan, heat olive oil stir  the mince meat until is cooked.

Pile the mince meat over the cauliflower and add the 2 glasses of bouillon water.
Cut the tomatoes and layer them on top of the mince  meat.
Cover the lid halfway and  cook for about 15- 20 minutes.


Serve with rice or potatoes .

Wat ziet dat er lekker uit. Ik zal het eens uitproberen. Dat maakt de bloemkool weer eens heel anders.
