BUTTERFLY CARDS

            

These two little cards,  one for my sister and one for my niece.
To say thank you for the lovely and wonderful days.
They started their USA holiday here in New Orleans. 


 




                                              I felt so happy with them around, it was so good.
                                         One of the negative sides of being an expat is away from your family.
                                           






                                              We took the streetcar to the garden district,
                                              strolled along the Mississippi River,
                                              had some partying on Bourbon Street.

Ja, dat lijkt me ook moeilijk om altijd zo ver weg van je familie te zijn. Maar wat heerlijk dat ze bij jou zijn geweest! Prachtig, die vlinders! Dat is toch wel jouw specialiteit, zulk fijntjes borduurwerk.
