           Another card from the magazine the Crosssticher                September 2020 issue 361 design Faye Walsh.                   By the way, I almost finished a Christmas stocking.                                                                                            

I am busy stitching a Christmas stocking and  so now and then I do some other small projects like this card.  

BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR GABRIELLA  BABY GABRIELLA Had her first birthday recently, I made a pillow and from the leftover fabric a little bear and heart. I got the design from my favourite magazine  the Cross stitcher. Her mama was very pleased to get something different and personal, because the little girl got so many toys as presents.

 I have sent this little card to my granddaughter Amarins who lives in the Netherlands.        

I got this card with a cross stitch magazine I bought last year. I changed the French knots for small golden beads.  The card is already on its way to Holland and I hope Mum will receive it for Christmas.  

   Cat meow is at least 20 years old,  I never wanted her to frame and through the time and international moves she was somehow forgotten. In this strange Covid time I came across her  and decided to put her on a bag and that  was a great idea.    From now,  I see her every day, because she guards my cross stitch project I am working on.             

The stitching is done next task is to sew a stocking.

Before the lock down I bought a book from Durene Jones;  Iznik and Dutch Pottery  in cross stitch. Before I start stitching a bigger project I made these small items.

My newest lock-down project a Christmas stocking is almost finished.

           It took me a while to start blogging again.          A bit of stichting and painting instead of the back stitch. I have no clue what  I am gonna do with this little project, well time will tell.  I hope I will be more on blogger because I have a lot to show.                        check also out my Instagram account                                                              #Alice.Margaux

It has been quiet from my side in Bloggerland, but I have been stitching full steam ahead. Here is one of my finished Christmas stockings. 

I haven't been for a while in Bloggerland. I discovered INSTAGRAM and that suits me more, because I am not a great writer and don't have time for it too. I  scroll daily through my reading list to read your blogs. I love to leave comments but for one or another reason Blogger disconnected this feature for Safari.
